摘要
脑室注射6-羟多巴胺(200ug)引起达乌尔黄鼠总睡眠时增加,占总记录时的87.4%,对照为82.2%慢波睡眠与总睡眠时比值显著增加,占总睡眠时的92.4%对照为79.6%。异相睡眠与总睡眠时比值显著减少,占总睡眠时的7.7%,对照为20.4%。这一现象和前人所发现的在自然入眠期冬眠动物睡眠—觉醒周期改变相似无疑,脑室注射6-羟多巴胺后这种睡眠—觉醒周期改变,尤其是慢波睡眠时间增加有利于动物进入冬眠状态,同时也间接说明在自然情况下冬眠动物入眠可能存在着一种“自我去交感”机制。
In this paper, the effects of i. c. v administration of 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) on sleep were observed in the ground squirrel (Citellus dauricus). The results showed, (1) total sleep time (TST) increased slightly, ratio of slow wave sleep (SWS) to TST increased by 13%, while ratio of paradoxical sleep (PS) to TST reduced by 12.7% when compared with control animals after i. c. v. injection of 200μg of 6-OHDA. (2) The content of NE and DA in in brain were reduced to 45% and 79% to control values respectively 2 weeks after i. c. v. injection of 200 μg 6-OHDA. These results suggest that the increase of SWS and the reduction of PS induced by 6-OHDA may contribute to the onset of hibernation.
