摘要
学分制改革是一项系统工程 ,它不仅涉及课程体系、课程内容的改革 ,而且涉及教学组织方式、管理方法与手段的变革 ,更是对传统教育观念的冲击。文章以江南大学设计学院学分制改革为样本 ,从管理理念、管理方法与手段的角度 ,对学分制改革实践中出现的诸问题展开讨论 ,总结归纳了制约学分制改革深化的几个因素 。
The implementation of academic credit system is a systematic project in that it involves not only the transformation of course system and content but also class organization and management. It is an impact on traditional teaching philosophy. This article, based on a case study conducted by School of Design at Southern Yangtze University, discusses many problems coming up during the implementation of academic credit system in terms of management philosophy and methods. Finally, it concludes with the summary of four restrictive factors and three suggested solutions.
