摘要
本文从三个角度考察了中国劳动力结构省际差异 :产业结构、文化程度、所有制结构。分析结果表明 ,劳动力产业高度化发展在空间上差异悬殊 ,且在 90年代以来出现一些新变化。劳动力文化程度空间差异已经对区域经济发展形成了重要的影响。所有制结构发展在不同的地带上有不同的侧重 。
This paper has reviewed the provincial differences of the structure of China's labor force from three points of view:industrial structure,educational level and ownership structure. The outcome of the analysis shows that there are great disparities among the different industries in the development of labor force and some new changes have emerged since the 1990's. The gap of educational level of labor force has significantly influence over the development of regional economy. The development of the ownership structure has different stresses in the different areas and there are differentials in employment effect caused by different types of non\|public economy.
