摘要
目的观察羚角钩藤汤控制小儿高热惊厥发作的临床疗效。方法将高热惊厥患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均予西医常规处理,治疗组加用羚角钩藤汤。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,退热时间亦短于对照组。结论羚角钩藤汤控制小儿高热惊厥发作疗效确切。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lingjiaogoutneg Decoction(羚角钩藤汤) in treatment of children convulsion caused by high fever.Methods:The children were divided randomly into two groups,the treatment group,and the controlled group. Children in both groups received routinely with WM,and those in the treatment group to received Lingjiaogoutneg Decoction in addition.Results:The effectiveness of the treatment group is better than that of the controlled one,and the time of reduce temperature of the treatment group were apparently earlier than that of the controlled group.Conclusion:Lingjiaogoutneg Decoction is an effective formular in treatment of children Convulsion Caused by High Fever.
