摘要
利用茎尖作为外植体建立了楸树植株再生体系,其最适不定芽诱导培养基及植物激素配比为:MS+6-BA0 8mg L+IBA0 1mg L;不定根最适诱导培养基及植物激素配比为1 2MS+IBA0 5mg L。
The plant regeneration system of Catalpa bungei was eatablished using its shoot explants. The optimal medium for inducing adventitious buds is MS+6-BA 0.8 mg/L +IBA 0.1 mg/L, and the optimal medium for inducing adventitious roots is 1/2MS +IBA 0.5mg/L.
