摘要
超前发展的交通运输,是经济起飞的前提条件与保障.运输业的超前发展与它在市场经济体制下的经济性密切相关.我国长期的计划经济体制,是我国铁路长期滞后发展的根本原因。
Development of transport prior to the economic development is a pre- condition and guarantee for economic take-off. The development of transport industry before the economic development is closely related with the economy which is controlled by the market economic system. The planning economic system which has ruled China for a long time is the basic cause of long-term stagnant of the Chinese Railway development.
