pH 7 0时Hg2 + 处理导致BSA紫外吸收增加 ,出现LMCT带 ,强度随处理时间增加而增强 ,蛋白质内源荧光强度下降。而Hg2 + 处理对经NBS修饰的BSA的紫外吸收LMCT带强度随处理时间增加而降低 ,2 78nm波长光激发所得最大荧光发射峰位置出现蓝移 ,也与处理时间相关。表明重金属Hg2 +
In neutral condition(PH 7.0),Hg^(2+) treatment led to the increasing of UV absorption of BSA,and LMCT band was induced.The intensity of LMCT band was enhanced as the treating time course.But the change pattern of protein intrinsic fluorescence intensity was quite different.However,the treatment of Hg^(2+) on NBS-modified BSA had different effects on the UV absorption spectrum and protein intrinsic fluorescence spectrum:the intensity of LMCT band decreased along with the treating time and the emission fluorescence peak that excited at 278 nm got a blue shift which was also relative to the treating time.All these results indicated that heavy metal ion Hg^(2+) has multiple effecting sites on BSA.
