摘要
为解决宝钢1550mm冷轧厂酸轧机组硅泥产生的喷射梁和石墨加热器等设备的堵塞问题,新工艺要求在酸洗液中加入絮凝剂以加速硅泥的沉降。文章就絮凝剂对冷轧乳化液的影响进行了研究,考察絮凝剂对乳化液的破坏作用,寻找对乳化液产生负面影响的絮凝剂浓度,研究在酸洗液中加入絮凝剂对乳化液的影响程度。
In order to solve the problem of high-silicon encrustation in the spray pipe and graphite heat exchanger in Baosteel's 1550mm pickling and cold rolling line,some flocculant is added to the acid pickling solution to improve the sedimentation of the silicon sludge in the new process. In this paper, effect of the flocculant on the cold rolling emulsion is studied. Destructive effect of the flocculant on the emulsion is also examined. Now the flocculant concentration which will produce negative effect on the emulsion has been found out and the effect degree on the emulsion by the flocculant in the pickling solution has been studied.
