摘要
采用高压液相法分析了栽培粗茎秦艽不同部位的有效药用成分龙胆苦甙 (gentiopicrin)的含量 ,并与野生麻花秦艽、达乌里秦艽龙胆苦甙的含量相比较。结果表明粗茎秦艽根、茎、叶均具有较高的开发利用价值 ,为合理开发利用粗茎秦艽提供了科学依据。
Contents of gentiopicrin in different locations of Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Busk.were analyzed by utilizing HPLC,which was compared with that of G.straminea Maxim.and G.dahurica Fisch.The results indicate that the roots,flowers,stalk and leaves of are of important exploiture value,which will provide scientific evidences to utilize and protect G.crassicaulis Duthie ex Busk.
