摘要
近年来,我国对石油能源的需求越来越大,为此,石化炼油企业为提供更多的油品,所用的原油也日趋多元化,由此对炼油装置用无缝钢管的耐蚀性、耐磨性、经济性等提出了更高的要求。分析了炼油装置中合金钢管的使用环境,根据温度环境和腐蚀介质的不同,对合金钢管种类进行了归类,提出了相应的保障措施等。
Over the recent years, domestic demand for petroleum products is getting bigger and bigger, resulting in more and more crude oil resources being used by the domestic oil refineries in a bid to supply more types of oil products to meet the said demand. Therefore, more critical requirements are put forward for oil refinery-service seamless steel tubes, including better corrosion resistance and wear-resistance and higher cost-effectiveness, etc. The application conditions in the oil refinery for alloy steel tubes are analyzed. In addition, the alloy steel tubes are categorized in accordance with different temperature conditions and corrosive medium types they encounter, and safeguard measures for the tubes proposed.
