Agile Manufacturing is an important new mode of manufacturing in this century. Human resource management has its unique characteristic. Exploring How to develop and use human resource in China is worthy to study in this mode. This paper analyzes the characteristic of the AM, and then researches the main aspects of HRM in the virtual corporation.
