摘要
本文介绍了国内唯一的大、中、小系列生物激波管的研制和应用。大型总长39.0m,试验段内径1m,驱动段最大超压可达10.3MPa,利用其末端挡板反射稀疏波的运行而可产生负压。中型总长34.5m,驱动段最大超压为22MPa,试验段为组合式,内径77~60mm,可作超压、爆炸性减压和水下爆炸波等试验。小型总长0.5m,设计承压为68.6MPa。三种激波管均用双夹膜将驱动段与试验段分开。动物实验表明,此套装置可使大、小动物产生不同程度的全身或局部冲击伤,可满足冲击伤实验研究的需要。
The design,production and application of a series of shock tubes for biological testing are presented in this paper. There are three types of our bio-shock tubes. The large one (BST-1) is 39 meters long. The inner diameter of its testing suction is I m, and the maximum overpressure in the driving section is 10. 3MPa. Based on transmitting of the reflecting rarefaction wave from the end plate the negative pressure wave can be formed. The medium one (BST-Ⅱ) is 34. 5m long. The maximal pressure value of its driving section is 22MPa. The testing section is of composed type. Its inner diameters are 77-600mm. This tube can be used for the testing of overpressure , explosive decompression of even underwater explosion etc. The small one (BST- Ⅲ) is 0. 5m long. The maxinum endured overpressure is 68. 6MPa. A double-diaphragm made of aluminium seperates two sections, the driving section and the testing section in all of these three shock tubes. The results of animal experiments indicate that this set of equipment can inflict large or small animals both local and systemtic blast injuries, thus meets the need of experimental research of blast injury.
