摘要
通过综合运用文献资料法、观察逻辑法等研究方法 ,对跳远训练方法进行详细分析 ,并对其所涉及的分类、运用、适用原则进行研究 ,提出其中要注意的问题和建议 。
By applying colligation document materials and logical observation,the author makes a research in different methods of long jump training and brings out some problems which should be paid attention to as well as some suggestions,which is for players' and coaches' reference to choose better training methods.
