摘要
根据我国城市地震应急信息管理的发展需要,本文提出了建设抗震应急指挥信息系统的框架。并对各子系统的建设目的和功能以及建设内容做了较详细的介绍。
In this paper, according to the developing demand of seismic emergency information management in our country, the framework of seismic emergency information system is proposed. The purposes and the functions of some sub-systems are introduced. Moreover, the contents of professional database are introduced in detail.
