摘要国外银证合作的典型方式不是展开兼并收购,而是开发创新型金融产品;银证合作的典型特征是将银行业务纳入券商自身的服务范围,而不是券商与银行的深度合作。也就是说,国外券商的银证合作策略实际上是与银行竞争。 Studies are being conducted on stock broking underbanking-securities partnership as it has been anincreasing tendency. This pattern is driven byinitiatives to develop potential business chance andmutual benefits for both industries in severecompetitions. It is foreseen that stock broking willembrace a new era of innovations in stock brokingwith broking firms as the frontline of sales andservice process.
