摘要
通过闪蒸和混合,充分利用余热的温焓和压焓,并能同时减少换热器个数,提高余热回收系统的经济效益。以某厂余热为例,以年度总费用为目标,比较了在换热网络中,考虑和未考虑通过逐级闪蒸和混和的两种余热回收方案,可知考虑余热物流逐级闪蒸和混合可以充分回收余热资源,提高经济效益。
A new waste heat recovery scheme is proposed,in which the liquid waste heat with a higher pressure is flashed and then itslatent heat is used to heat a cool fluid.In this way,both the temperature-enthalpy and pressure-enthalpy can be recovered.Then bymixing with other waste heat fluids,the number of heat exchangers can be reduced so as to reduce the capital costs and increase the e-conomic profit.A case study is given to compare this flashing and mixing scheme with the traditional one.The result shows that the newscheme has a lower annual total cost.
