摘要
本文通过分析了底部空气柱长度变化对爆破作用的影响,结果表明,底部空气柱长度与装药深度之比为0.4~0.8时,爆破效果最佳,爆破体积比传统的装药结构增大45%~55%,显著提高了炸药能量有效利用率。文中提出了底部空气柱效应新概念,探讨了底部空气柱效应的作用机理。
In this paper, the blasting effect of bottom air column charge is studied through a series of crater tests on cememt mortar models. The law that the blasting effect varies with the length of bottom air column is analysed. It was shown that the blasting effect reachec it's optimun range, the blasting volume increases by between 45% and 55% over the tradiitonal Charge struture, and so the effective efficiency of explosive energy is highly raised when the ratio of the length of bottom air colutmn to the depth of charging is between 0.4 and 0.8. In the paper a new concept of bottom air effect has been set up. the action mechanism of bottom air column effect is discussed.
