摘要
利用ANSYS软件对CY-2地下铲运机的摆动架进行了强度及模态分析,采用参数化建模,对其装配关系进行了模拟,得到了摆动架的变形、应力分布以及前5阶的自振频率和振型。
By using ANSYS software, strength and modal analysis are made on the swing frame structure of CY-2 Load-Haul-Dump(LHD) unit. The parameterization is applied to build model, and the fitting-in relation between swing shaft and connecting plate of the swing frame is also simulated in the paper. Some important results are obtained, such as the deformation, stress distribution, vibration characteristics(natural frequencies and mode shapes) in the first five modes. These results are of importance for design and improvement of the swing frame structure.
