摘要 　介绍了DNA疫苗在动物试验研究方面的现状,如:动物免疫试验中动物模型的选择、疫苗的接种途径及其选择、免疫学效果评价、安全性评价和DNA疫苗研究存在的问题,以及DNA疫苗在控制畜禽疾病方面的应用前景和发展趋势。 This review described the research progress of DNA vaccine in animal experiment, including choice of (animal model) and vaccine inoculation pathway, evaluation of effect and security, some problems available in DNA vaccine, application prospects and developing trends of DNA vaccine in disease control of domestic animals and poultry.
