摘要
采用抗生素微生物检定法测定黄霉素预混剂的含量,方法的线性范围为1.832～8.736单位/mL,r=0.9993,加样回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.8%(n=10)。本方法具有专属性、准确性、重现性好等优点。
The method of microbial assays of antibiotics was used to determine the content of bambermycin in bambermycin premix. The test organism was Staphylococcus aureus CMCC 26003 and the culture medium was (specially) for bambermycin. The linearity ranged from 1.832 to 8.736 unit/mL, r =0.999 3. The recovery was 99.3% with RSD of 0.8%(n =10). The method was accurate, and could be easily repeated.
