摘要
目的:调查研究参与辅助生殖技术的不孕夫妇的性心理和性状态,研究在辅助生殖技术中结合性心理教育和指导对辅助生殖手段成功率的影响。方法:以问卷调查方式对特定群不孕夫妇的性心理和性状态进行调查,并采用随机方式将被调查人群分为对照组和干预组,对干预组进行性教育干预,获取两组进行有关辅助生殖技术的成功率,对干预效果进行评价。结果:大多不孕患者对性不重视,性心理和性状态改变明显,性功能紊乱的情况突出;对进行人工授精治疗的不明原因不孕夫妇进行性教育和指导能显著提高受孕几率(P<0.05)。结论:现代辅助生殖技术结合性心理指导和研究对治疗不孕症具有重要意义。
Objective:To Study the sexual psychology and status in infertile husbands and wives subjected to assisted reproductive technique, and the effect of sexual psychological education on the success rate of the adopted technique. Meth-ods : The sexual psychology and status in a given group of infertile couples were investigated by using a questionnaire, The in-vestigated population was diveded randomly into control group and intervention group (receiving sex education), and the suc-cess rates of assisted reproductive technique were estimated and compared between the two groups. Results: A majority of in-fertile patients were unmindful of sex, with marked changes in sexual psychology and status, and prominent sexual dysfunc-tion . Sex education and guidance provided for the couples with infertility of unknown causes treated by artificial insemination significantly increased the probability of pregnancy( P < 0.05). Conclusion: Modem assisted reproductive technique com-bined with sexual psychological guidance is of prime significance in treatment of infertility.
