摘要
目的研究局部麻醉药盐酸阿替卡因的多晶型及吸湿性。方法用熔点测定、差示扫描量热法 (DSC) ,红外吸收光谱法 (IR)及粉末X 衍射法 (PowderX ray)研究了盐酸阿替卡因不同晶型的特征。 结果与结论证明盐酸阿替卡因存在两种不同的晶型 ,晶型Ⅰ和晶型Ⅱ。
Aim To study the crystal polymorphs of articaine hydrochloride.Methods The polymorphic forms of articaine hydrochloride were detected by using the melting point,differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),IR spectroscopic analysis and powder X-ray crystallographic studies.Results and conclusions It was demonstrated that this compound may exist in two polymorphic forms,and there are form Ⅰ and form Ⅱ.
