高性能稀土永磁材料及其关键制备技术 被引量:21

High property rare-earth permanent magnetic materials and its pivotal preparation technique

摘要 探索了双合金法结合速凝工艺制备高档磁体的新途径,比较了不同合金成分速凝带经退火热处理前后其微晶结构和畴结构的变化,以及速凝带中Nd2Fe17(B)相的存在对中间过程工艺的要求乃至最终磁体性能的影响;探讨了改善高性能永磁材料力学性能的新思路;研究了高温磁体的稳定性机理,获得的Sm2Co17高温磁体最大磁能积(BH)max,500℃≥76.4kJ/m3,内禀矫顽力iHc,500℃≥629kA/m;同时介绍了用熔炼方法合成的新型Sm Co7-xMx(M=Cu,Ga)化合物,预计可开发成为新型永磁材料或高温磁体。 A new processing technology for high property permanent magnets combining bi-alloy method and strip casting technique was investigated. The structure change of crystallite and domain of rapid solidification strip with different compositions before and after annealing treatment, and the influence on the final performance and its requirement for the inter-process due to the existence of Nd_2Fe_(17)(B) phase in the strip were compared. A new approach to improve its mechanical characteristics was discussed. The stable mechanism of magnets using in high temperature was studied. The magnets of Sm_2Co_(17) with (BH)_(max,500 ℃)≥76.4 kJ/m^3 and_iH_(c,500 ℃)≥629 kA/m are gained. Meanwhile a new compound SmCo_(7-x)M_x(M=Cu, Ca) was synthesized through melting which is expected to become a type of permanent magnet or high temperature magnets.
