摘要
在机械加工领域中,回转刀具由于其刀片受到自身的摩擦或者外加动力驱动而回转,产生连续的切削力,从而提高了刀具的加工性能,引起了学者的研究兴趣。文中对自回转刀具的切削力和切削功率、切削温度、刀具磨损及耐用度、加工表面粗糙度等几个方面的研究现状加以综述,在此基础上探讨了今后自回转刀具的研究发展方向。
An interesting development in the field of machining is to improve the cutting tool performance. Driven either by friction between cutter and workpiece or by an external power, the self-propelled rotary cutting tool turns around to produce continuous cutting edge, which can improve the cutting tool performance. This paper presents a synthesis of current research situation on cutting force and power, cutting temperature, tool wear and tolerance, and surface roughness etc. Finally the further direction was provided based on these discussions.
