摘要
比较详细地介绍了SCI和JCR的概况和功能特性 ,并就高等学校如何提高科技论文被SCI收录提出几点建议。
SCI is an important standard of evaluating scientific research results.At pointed out the problems affecting the paper citation rate were indicated and the counter measures for solving these problems were suggested.This paper has also reference function to Chinese universities on increasing the SCI citation rate.
