文章先谈建设专题文献数据库注重质量与效益的必要性 ,再谈专题文献数据库建设中质量控制的前期。
This article firstly discussed the necessity of paying attention to quality and benefits when constructing specific databases ,and continued to examine the methods of quality control in the prophase ,metaphase and anaphase of constructing specific databases.
