摘要
本文叙述了宝钢在高压电气设备绝缘诊断方面进行的技术管理。由于制订了一套合适的预防性试验规程、引进了一些先进的诊断设备和进行了比较严格的管理,使设备保持了很低的故障率,并防止了多次重大事故。本文还提出要进一步加强设备状态的倾向性管理,添置必要的先进的离线及在线诊断设备,以跟踪国内外在这一领域的先进水平。
The technical management of insulation diagnosis of high voltage electrical facilities in Baosteel has resulted in low fault rate and efficient prevention of serious accidents since operation due to the formulation of preventative test procedures, introduction of some advanced diagnostic devices and strict management.. To track the advanced level in this field both at home and abroad, the following measures are recommended:further improvement on tendentious management of the state of the facilities; addition of advanced off-line & on-line diagnostic devices in need.
