摘要
本文用显微磨损理论,分析了风机叶片碳化钨堆焊层在细磨粒冲蚀磨损条件下失效机理,解释了匀质高硬度工程陶瓷块在小角度冲蚀角时表现出优良耐磨性的原因。进一步指明:为了提高整机寿命,针对风机各部位不同冲蚀角而采用多种(综合)耐磨技术的必要性。
Based on the theory of microabrasion, the failure mechanism is analyzed, of the tungsten carbide build —up welding layer of the fan blade under erosion wear by fine abrasive grain,and an explanation is made to the reason for excellent wear resistance of the homogeneous engineering ceramic plate of high hardness when it is impacted at a small angle. Furthermore, to extend the service life of the whole machine, various (comprehensive) techniques of wear resistance must be adopted because the different parts of the fan are attacked at different angles.
