摘要
雷沛鸿是20世纪前半叶中国颇具影响的教育改革家。他在长期的教育实践中,始终把师资问题置于教育改革的重要位置。他对师范教育进行了一系列改革,改造旧的师范教育体制,构建新的师范教育体系,加强师范教育立法,提高教师待遇和素质,这些都对现今教师教育的建设和改革具有重要的借鉴和启示意义。
Lei Peihong is a famous educator in early 20th century. He put teachers on an important place of education reform. He innovated a series of reformation on normal education, for instance, rebuilt the old normal education system and designed a new one, Strengthened legislation and promote teachers' treatment and capability, all of these can be used for reference.
