摘要
目的 探讨胸膜穿刺活检并发症。方法 回顾分析 84例经胸膜穿刺活检的胸腔积液患者穿刺发生的并发症。结果 11例气胸 ,气胸的发生与胸液长度成反比 ,没有出现大出血、感染和麻醉意外 ,6例出现胸膜反应。
Objective To investigate the complication of pleuralbiopsy.Methods The complications of pleural biopsy in 84 patients with pleural effusion were analyzied retrospectively.Results 11 cases (11/84) happen pheumatothorax,6 cases (6/84) happen pleural response,the length of pleural effusion is oppositive to the happening of pheumothorax .All the case has not much bleeding.infection and anesthetie sudden.Conclusions Pleumothorax is the commonly of pleural biopsy.
