摘要
目的 评价大剂量适速连续静滴 5 -Fu CF治疗胃癌的疗效。方法 比较 5 -Fu CF和FAM方案的疗效 ,毒副作用。结果 5 -Fu CF组较FAM组总有效率高 ,肠道反应小 ,白细胞变化小 ,肝肾功能受损轻 ,免疫功能变化小。结论 大剂量适速连续静脉滴注 5 -Fu CF化疗方法是治疗胃癌的一种有效的辅助手段之一。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of the treatment of stomach cancer with vein drip 5-Fu/CF with great dosage and continuous proper speed.Methods To compare with the curative effect and poison side-effect between 5-Fu/CF and FAM chematherapy project.Results The 5-Fu/CF project has the ligher efficiency rate than the FAM project, while it has the lower intestinal reactivity, smaller changes in leucocyte, lower damage in liver- nephridium tuction, smaller changes in immue fuction.Conclusions The chematherapy project of vein drip 5-Fu/CF with great dosage and continuous proper speed was one of the effective assistant way in cure stomach cancer.
