摘要
目的 为颈内动脉 (ICA)的显微外科手术提供解剖学基础。方法 采用 2 4具灌注红色苯乙烯的新鲜成人标本及 6具防腐标本 ,在手术显微镜下解剖、观察和测量。结果 颈内动脉颅内部分包括 :岩骨段 (C2 ) ;破裂孔段 (C3 ) ;海绵窦段 (C4) ;床突段 (C5) ;眼动脉段 (C6) ;交通段 (C7)。测量出颅内各段的管径和长度 ,描述了颈内动脉及主要分支 ,走行过程中与其周围特殊解剖结构的关系。结论 颈内动脉颅内部分解剖学分段及其显微解剖资料对临床显微外科、血管介入。
Objective To study the anatomy of the internal carotid artery(ICA) in order to provide anatomical base for the microsurgery.Methods Twenty-four fresh adult cadavers specimens with intravascular injection of the acylonitrile butradiene styrene via ICA were used for microscopic dissection and six adult cadavers specimens were studied in detail under operative microscope directly.Results Intracranial ICA includes 6 segments, which are petrous (C 2); lacerum (C 3); cavernous (C 4); clinoid (C 5); ophthalmic (C 6); and communicating (C 7). Each length and caliber of the segmment was measured and the segments of ICA were described according to a detailed understanding of the anatomy surrounding ICA.Conclusion The anatomic information of intracranial ICA has certain significance for microsurgery, intravascular treatment, and radiograhpy.
