摘要
对国内外首次经过"神舟四号"宇宙飞船搭载的维生素C生产菌株进行了初筛和复筛,得到了产2-酮基-L-古龙酸(2-KLG)的高效菌株,提高了其发酵效率.经研究发现,航天搭载使大菌发生负突变,而所筛选的418株小菌中,共筛出4株高产菌株,转化率提高了3.9%~5.2%,并发现部分菌株发酵周期有不同程度的缩短.
Yielding Vitamin C strains first space flight on the spaceship'shenzhou'No.4 is studied. Through the initial screening and the continuous one in this experiment,some mutant strains of high-efficience are acquired, and their ferment efficiency is improved. Space flight made Bacillus megaterium have negative mutation, but 4 strains of Gluconobacter oxydans higher yield in the 418 strains are screened. The rate of transfer is improved 3.9%~5.2%, and ferment period of some strains is shortened in some extent.
