大鼠眶下神经干注射秋水仙碱对三叉神经痛觉敏感征发作的影响(英文) 被引量:2

Effects of injection of colchicine into the infraorbital nerve trunk on hyper irritability of trigeminal neuralgia in rats

摘要 目的:观察于大鼠眶下神经干注射秋水仙碱是否对三叉神经痛有治疗作用。方法:将一个1mm2的滤纸片(浸有0.2%苦毒素)直接放置于两侧闫脑尾侧1~2mm颈髓质上表面至少5min,形成三叉神经痛模型。于右侧眶下神经干注射0.4g/L秋水仙碱200μL。于用药后当日和第2,5,6天分别对实验侧与对照侧大鼠胫前肌肌电图(EMG)发放进行记录。测量EMG波的振幅、时限、每次发作持续时间、开始出现发作的时间及至不发作的全程时间,并进行统计学对比分析。结果:注射秋水仙碱对EMG各项指标中的振幅影响最大。实验侧术后第2天EMG振幅为(110.00±14.14)μV较手术当日(613.33±180.37)μV明显减小,术后第5,6天EMG振幅分别为(285.71±68.28)μV和(264.62±119.77)μV,虽有所回升,但与对照侧差异有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论:0.4g/L秋水仙碱对三叉神经痛有一定的治疗作用。 AIM:To explore whether injection of colchicine into the infraorbital nerve trunk can treat trigeminal neuralgia. METHODS:The model of trigeminal neuralgia was established.Pricotoxin(0.2%) was applied onto each side of the medulla surface to evoke the rats to scratch the ipsilateral face with hindlimb.Colchicine was injected into the right infraorbital nerve and the other side was infused with nothing.The electromyogram(EMG) of the anterior tibial muscle discharged and was recorded on each side at days 1,2,5 and 6,respectively.The EMG of one side was compared with that of another in order to analyze how the drug affects the outbreak of hyper irritability. RESULTS:Injection of colchicine affected the amplitude of EMG most significantly.The amplitude of EMG in the operation side 2 days after operation(110.00±14.14) μV was significantly lower than that on the operation day(613.33±180.37) μV.Although the amplitude of EMG at day 5 and day 6 after operation increased[(285.71±68.28)and (264.62±119.77) μV,respectively],it differed from that of control side significantly(P< 0.001). CONCLUSION:Colchicine at 0.4 g/L can cure trigeminal neuralgia to certain extent.
