摘要
研究了铸型的形状和尺寸对超声波铸锭组织的影响。结果表明,铸型尺寸对铸锭的细化组织有显著的影响。当铸型的形状系数Φm=0.7时,铸锭组织达到最大的微细化效果。同时发现,在简单断面形状的铸件中,超声波振动的弹性效果容易形成,并且提高铸锭组织的细化率。
The effect of shape and size of mold on solidification structure of ultrasonic ingots was investigated. The results revealed that the maximum value of the grain refinement rate for ingot was obtained when the shape coefficient of mold Φ_m was 0.7. At the same time,the elasticity effect of ultrasonic was found to formed easily and was upped the grain refinement rate of ingots when the section shape of mold was simplicity.
