Surface Modification Techniques to Improve Corrosion-Resistance of Magnesium Alloys

摘要 镁及镁合金是一种极具发展潜力的轻质结构材料,但镁合金的耐蚀性较差,因此进行适当的表面处理以提高镁合金的耐蚀性能已成为目前研究的热点。微弧氧化、激光表面处理、离子注入、物理气相沉积(PVD)及等离子体注入沉积(IBAD)是近年来兴起的镁合金表面耐蚀强化新技术,这几种技术在处理镁合金耐蚀性方面已取得了一定的成果。综述了目前国内外应用这几种方法提高镁合金耐蚀性方面的研究现状,并展望了其应用前景。 Magnesium and its alloys are promising structural materials because of their lightweight. However the wide application of magnesium alloys is limited due to inferior corrosion resistance. So proper surface modification to improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys is of great importance. Microarc oxidation, laser treatment, ion implantation, physics vapor deposition(PVD) and ion beam assistant deposition(IBAD), etc, have prove to be effective for corrosion-resistance improvement of magnesium alloys. The paper presents the state and prospect of these techniques.
