摘要
印制电路板(PCB)表面的图形品质的检测方法随着PCB的发展而逐渐发展。介绍目前应用于PCB制造过程中半成品品质检测的自动光学检测方法(AOI),包括图像的获取,应用于图像分析与处理的数学形态学方法,并简要介绍PCB及AOI的发展趋势。
The testing technique for the quality of printed circuit board (PCB) pattern is developing with the progress of PCB. The automatic optical inspection (AOI) method for online examination of PCB was introduced, including image acquisition and the morphological analysis and algorithm for image processing. Furthermore, the development trend of PCB and AOI are discussed.
