摘要
计算了某些简单磁荷分布的静磁能量,根据磁性自由能最低原理得出了工件表面缺陷侧壁下磁偶极子链断裂并在工件底面或侧面显现出正、负磁极(荷)的条件以及沿工件表面缺陷凸棱线出现长直线状、长曲线状或小波状磁荷分布的必要条件。
The magnetostatic energy for simple distribution of magnetic charges was calculated. On the basis of the principle of the minimum free magnetic energy, the condition was obtained for the breaking of magnetic dipole chains beneath the lateral walls of a discontinuity on the workpiece surface to reveal positive and negative magnetic poles (charges) on the bottom (or lateral) surface of the workpiece. And the requirements were also gained for the magnetic charge distribution of long lines, long curves or small ripples along the convex edges of a defect on the workpiece surface.
