The paper describes a two-input NOR circuit that is formerd by the capacity diode field effect logic circuit (CDFL). The circuit can resolve two problems of input and output circuits being compatible with Si ECL, and 50Ω load being driven by output. The delay of the packed circuit is 300～500ps, and its power dissipation is less than 50mW.
