摘要
本文采用四种不同的方法观察溶血对总胆红素测定的影响,从而找出干扰小、线性范围宽的试验方法.
Liver has powerful ability to disposing TBil.TBil is so poisonous that can influence and interfere nerve system. Testing TBil exactly and timely has great significance for liver disease's diagnosis. In this paper, four methods are introduced to observe hemolyzation's interference in TBil's test. By comparing,the best test method for clinic lab diagnosis is chosen.
