摘要
对 MTV1801C 型 CCD 作了校正,测量了 CCD 在不同增益和不同响应指数γ条件下的线性及涨落情况。结果表明,只有在一定区间内 CCD 的线性才较理想,而 CCD 的信号涨落则与增益有直接的关系。
A MTV1801C CCD of Mintron(Co.)is calibrated.The linearity and fluctuation of the CCD corresponding to different gains and different contrasts γ are measured.It is shown that only within a certain range the linearity of the CCD is satisfactory and the amplitude of the fluctuation betars a direct relation to the value of the gain.
