摘要
目的 观察中西医结合治疗葡萄膜炎的临床效果。方法 观察组 2 7例 30眼根据临床症状、体征辨证分为肝经风热型、肝胆湿热型、阴虚火旺型 ,分别用新制柴连汤、龙胆泻肝汤、知柏地黄汤加减同时配合西药治疗 ;对照组 2 5例 2 8眼单用西药治疗。结果 观察组总有效率为 97% ,对照组为 71% ,两组的总有效率比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 中西医结合治疗葡萄膜炎效果优于常规西药。
Objective It is to observe the curative effect of uveitis treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods According to clinical symptom and signs, 27 patients (30 eyes) in observation group were divided into wind heat in liver channels type, hepatobiliary damp heat type, yin deficiency and bloom fire type, and treated respectively with Xinzhichailian decoction, decoction of radix gentianae to purge the sthenic liver-fire, decoction of six drugs with rhizoma anemarrhenae and cortex phellodendri. Meanwhile western medicine was also used. 25 patients (28 eyes) in control group were treated with western medicine only.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 97% and that in control group was 71%. The difference between the two groups was significant ( P <0.01).Conclusion The treatment for uveities with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is more effective than that with conventional western medicine.
