摘要 根据由传统价值链引伸出的虚拟价值链理论 ,分析在电子商务发展的新环境下 ,企业间虚拟化合作协同的必然趋势。讨论协同电子商务产生的背景 ,运行模式和其竞争优势所在 。 Based on Virtual Value Chain stemming from traditional Value Chain, the paper analysizs the trend of virtual collaboration and cooperation between enterprises under the environment of E-business development. By studying the background, operation model and competitive predominance of Collaborative E-commerce, it puts forward theat Collaborative E-commerce should be the trend of E-business model.
