摘要
本文对进一步完善中国公务员制度,提出了完善考录制度,把好公务员的进口关;完善考核制度,客观评价公务员的工作业绩;实行薪金养廉制度,为公务员提供优厚的生活保障;建立财产申报制度,促进公务员队伍的廉洁自律;强化行政法律监督,规范公务员的行政行为等五项完善措施。
This paper has put forward the measures of further perfecting Chinese public official's system and the test record system.We should objectively evaluate the public official's work accomplishment,make salary keep the incorrupt system,provide the liberal life to guarantee for public officials,establish the system of property declaration,promote the public officials incorrupt and disciplince themselves,enhance the supervision of administration law and normalize their administrative behavior etc.
