摘要
目的 研究足月产儿和早产儿脐血中S100B蛋白含量与孕龄的关系。方法 采用ELISA方法定量检测52例正常足月新生儿和早产儿脐静脉血中S100B的含量。结果 早产儿脐血中的S100B(0．94±0．33)明显高于足月产儿(0．44±0.25)，P＜0．005，而且无论早产儿还是足月产儿女性脐血中S100B含量(1．10±0．36和0．63±0．26)明显高于男性(0．65±0．19和0．25±0．03)，P＜0．05，足月产儿和早产儿脐血中S100B蛋白含量与孕龄呈负相关(r=-0．39)，P＜0．01。结论 足月产儿和早产儿脐血中S100B蛋白含量与脑成熟有关。
ObjectiveTo research the relationship between S100B concentrations in cord blood and gestational age in term and preterm deliveries.MethodsThe S100B protein concentration in cord blood was measured with ELISA.ResultsThe cord blood S100B protein concentration in preterm delivery((0.94)±(0.33)) is higher than that in term delivery((0.44)±(0.25), P <(0.005)). Moreover. The S100B protein concentration in female((1.10)±(0.36) and (0.63)±(0.26))is higher than that in male((0.65)±(0.19) and (0.25)±(0.03)), P <(0.05). Cord blood S100B was significantly correlated with gestational age( r =(-0.39), P <(0.01)).ConclusionCord blood S100B concentration in term and preterm delivery is significantly correlated with brain maturation.
