摘要
体语这种非言语交际形式在人际交流和跨文化交际中具有举足轻重的地位。这是因为在人际交流中 ,许多意义是通过触摸、眼神、手势、音调的细微差异、或面部表情等非言语形式来表达的。这些非言语形式传递的信息更能表达人们的潜在意识和情感。因民族文化背景、社会习俗等方面的不同 ,体语表现出各自的民族性、时代性和社会性。
Body language, as a means of nonverbal communication, plays a pivotal role in interpersonal and cross-cultural communication. This is because in interpersonal communication, quite a number of messages are conveyed through such nonverbal means as touch, eye contact, posture, gesture, facial expressions and subtle differences in tone, which can give fuller expression to people's hidden mind and emotions. Because of the differences in cultural background, national characteristics and social customs and tradition, body language exhibits traits of different nations, societies and times.
