摘要
和谐人格是指构成人格的感性、理性与非理性等要素处于完整、平衡状态。和谐人格要靠和谐的教育来建构。和谐教育是指多方面与多方式教育的有机统一和密切配合。通过和谐教育建构和谐人格的目标是协调精神属性,使人格中的感性、理性与非理性等要素协调发展,共同提高。
A harmonious personality is referred to a personality whose component elements of sentiment, rationality and non-rationality reach a complete and balanced state. Its reconstruction relies on a harmonic education, which is an organic unity and close cooperation of multi-sided and multi-moded education. The aim of constructing harmonious personality by means of harmonic education is to coordinate spiritual properties and make elements of sentiment, rationality and non-rationality a coordinative development and a common enhancement.
