摘要
随着社会的发展,我国高校进入重组期。部分地方本科师范院校不得不与其它高校重组。尚未重组的师范院校必须突破原有单一的师范教育模式,向以综合化为前提的教师教育方向发展,形成以较强学术性为根基的教师教育;而重组后的大学师范学院则要联合其它专业形成自身的发展优势,以谋求持续发展之略。
With the social development, our country's colleges and universities have entered a regrouping period. Some of local normal colleges for undergraduates have to be reorganized with others. Those so far unorganized colleges must break through their preceding single pattern of education and develop themselves in the direction of teacher education under the condition of synthetization so as to form a kind of teacher education based on quite strong academic researches. Those reorganized normal colleges and universities should unite other specialties to make their own advantages so as to keep a sustainable development.
