教育创新呼唤教育主管部门转变角色,建立基于竞争的激励系统,借鉴民办教育经验,重组教育资源,全面推进产学研结合,引发大学科研变革,国际化与本土化结合,使社会资源向教育充分涌流。
The educational innovation calls on the educational administration to change its role, to set up an encouragement system based on competitions, to draw on experiences from private schools to reorganize educational resources, to comprehensively promote a combination of production, teaching and research so as to usher in a revolution in university scientific researches, and to pour social resources fully into education on the basis of a combination of internationalization and localization.
