摘要
SARS流行让我们充分认识到加强我国公共卫生体系建设的重要性。本文在分析了我国现有公共卫生体系中存在的主要问题的同时 ,提出了包括制定公共卫生法、建立公共财政体系。
The SARS epidemic situation has made us realize the importance of public health system establishment. The main problem of public health system in China is analyzed, this article makes suggestions on establishing new kind of public health system and countermeasures including the development of public health legislation, public health financing system, public health response system and public health information system.
